Leutenegger only sell to Wholesale Customers, but if you see something you're after, just contact customer service (cservice@leutenegger.com.au) and we will help you a list of the retailers located near you.

You have the right under Australian Consumer Law to a refund if your item/s are: faulty, don’t match as were advertised, or don't perform as expected. Leutenegger does not accept goods back for change of mind. If you are a consumer please return your goods to your point of purchase, for Wholesale Customers please contact us if you have an issue with your item/s. Please, supply a photo of a faulty item as well.
You will need to have an Account with Leutenegger, where you will have a Username & Password assigned to you. If either of these is not working, please contact us on cservice@leutenegger.com.au
If you would like to request a donation to a charity event, please contact marketing@leutenegger.com.au
The minimum order value should be $250 + GST. If your order value is below that, then you will be charged $10 small handling fee.
